You must authenticate using a valid third-party provider (e.g., Google) to access recording and transcription features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you lose access to your third-party authentication provider (e.g., your Google account), we may be unable to recover your Journey Beyond data. We recommend keeping your login credentials secure and using account recovery features offered by the provider.

If you wish to delete your Journey Beyond account, you may do so by contacting us at [Insert Contact Email]. Upon verifying your identity, we will delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are compromising the safety or experience of others. 4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any original content you create while using the Service (e.g., voice recordings, game narration). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, analyze, store, reproduce, modify, and stream your content as needed to provide and improve platform functionality.

This license also allows us to use de-identified or aggregated data derived from your content for analytics, feature development, and, with your consent, promotional purposes (e.g., showcasing anonymized scenes or soundscapes).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any third-party content you upload or stream. We do not claim ownership of your data but require a license to operate and maintain the Service effectively. you create while using the Service (e.g., voice recordings, game narration). Journey Beyond provides music playback as part of its immersive experience. All music offered on the platform is either:

Licensed directly from the original composer under commercial-use agreements, or
Sourced from royalty-free libraries with the appropriate usage rights.

You may not redistribute, download, or extract music files outside the context of the platform unless you have separate written permission.

Use of Journey Beyond's music in live or recorded streams (e.g., Twitch, YouTube) is permitted only when the music is played through the Service during a session. Users must not isolate or re-upload the music tracks independently, and credit to Journey Beyond or the original composer may be required in some cases.

If you intend to include Journey Beyond audio in public broadcasts or monetized content, please consult our licensing FAQ or contact us directly to ensure compliance with our terms and composer agreements. as part of its immersive experience. All music offered on the platform is either:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Journey Beyond and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from:

Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
Unauthorized or unlawful use of audio, music, or content
Violation of applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules

You also agree to cooperate with us in the defense of any such claims if requested. Journey Beyond and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
